How do I get started?
Install the extension, choose a provider, add its API key, and test the connection. Then hover over text and press your translation shortcut.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed to translate with your own API key on this device. Sign in when you want Pro, secure sync, linked devices, or billing.
Do I need my own API key, and who charges me?
Yes. You add a key from the provider you choose, and that provider bills any usage directly. Your AI Translator does not add a markup to those charges.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers on-page translation and daily use of selected AI tools. Pro removes daily limits and adds page context, custom shortcuts, secure sync, and support for more devices.
